Refunds Policy

Why no refunds

Each MakeYourFolio site is custom-built from your own information. Once we begin the build — which starts the moment your payment confirms — we cannot un-build it or resell it to anyone else. There is no inventory to return.

Pricing reflects this. We deliberately price below most boutique web studios precisely because we cannot accommodate refund requests.

What we do honor

• Technical fixes. If the site we delivered does not load, has broken images, or contains factual errors we introduced (wrong company name, wrong dates), we will fix it. This is not a refund — it is honoring delivery.
• Cancelled before build. In the rare case we have not started the build (typically within 1 hour of payment), we can refund.
• Acceptable-use cancellation. If we cancel an order under Section 8 of our Terms (illegal content, impersonation, etc.), we refund in full.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer or payment processor, we will contest it with documentation of the delivered work.
