MakeYourFolio is a small design studio that builds personal websites for finance professionals. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it. Plain English.

What we collect

• Public professional information — when we build a preview for you, we use information from your public LinkedIn profile and public web search results. We do not log into LinkedIn as you or access anything behind a login.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Creem). We never see your card number. We see only the email you used at checkout and the amount paid.
• Site analytics — when you visit a preview we sent you, we record that the page was opened, scrolled, or clicked. We use this to know whether to follow up. We do not place advertising cookies.

What we use it for

• Building the preview we sent you.
• Delivering the site you bought (registering your domain, configuring hosting, sending you the delivery email).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not place you on a marketing list.
• We do not retarget you with advertising.
• We do not email you after delivery unless you reply to us first.

Third parties we use

• Creem.io — payment processor (Merchant of Record). They handle checkout and store payment data.
• Cloudflare — DNS and hosting for your delivered site (registered under your account).
• Namecheap — domain registration (registered under your name).
• Resend — transactional email for the delivery message.

How long we keep things

We retain the data needed to build and deliver your site. After delivery, we delete our internal copies of your profile information within 30 days, except for what we need to honor our Terms (proof of delivery, refund obligations) and to comply with law (tax records).

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to send it to you. We will respond within 30 days.
